ATR RESERVE RETURN & EXCHANGE DIRECTIVE

We engineer limited capsule collections with strict quality control. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of each drop, all sales are final once fulfilled.

Exchanges & Defective Items:
• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Replacements or store credits are issued solely in the case of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect sizing/variants dispatched from our facility.
• Garments must remain in unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags, internal labels, and custom packaging fully intact.

Claim Authorization:
• To initiate an evaluation, email our concierge team at atr.premiumapparel@gmail.com with your Order ID, a brief explanation, and high-resolution photographic evidence of the issue.
• Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
