ATR RESERVE RETURN & EXCHANGE DIRECTIVE

We engineer limited capsule collections with strict quality control. Due to the limited nature of each drop, all sales are final once fulfilled.

Exchanges & Defects:
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in the case of manufacturing defects or incorrect sizing sent from our end.
• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• For return authorization, email our concierge at support@atrreserve.com with your Order ID and clear photographic evidence.
